Miss October!

Dave Lane's beautiful engine is Miss October. The engine was originally sea water cooled. With only a valve job in 1979, the A-4 was still running nicely in 2003 (albeit smoking a bit) when it was rebuilt. Fresh water cooling was added at that time.

It has stock points and an electric fuel pump. Other enhancements include a front mounted water temperature and pressure gauge, the Moyer Marine oil change kit and cooling system bypass reduction kit.

The engine color is dark "Ford Blue."
