High Efficiency Prop

I have an A-4 in my Tartan 30. I am using the original 2-blade prop, which works well for day sailing, but seems inadequate on a windless day when cruising. At some point I was told that there was is a high efficiency prop which would give me more power. Does anyone know anything about a high efficiency prop?
