dead A-4 "as is" for pick up in Annapolis

The A-4 was partially submerged. I've got a "new" A-4 and am pulling the old one in a few days. If you want to take it "as is" let me know. My mechanic doubts that's the engine is repairable but you can try to resurrect it and sell or use it as a nice mooring base. Either pick up it yourself or arrange somebody to pick up.

How long was it "submerged" and is it still available?
