Hose clamp end covers

I've seen photos of hose clamps with plastic covers over the end of the band and would like to know where to purchase them. I'm tired of scratching skin when working around hose clamps! Anyone know a source?

The red tips on the hose clamps tails seen on the pin-up a bit back appear to me to be nothing magical..

Looks like electrical heat shrink. Very simple solution and great idea. A few wraps of electrical tape serves the same purpose but after a while the adhesive turns into a mess. This ia much better.

In addition I make it a practice to rotate the scalpel ends out of harms way prior to tightening...saves on bandaids too
