Split exhaust flange

As an adjunct to my message on copper waterjacketed exhausts (CWE), does anyone know where I can buy a split exhaust flange that can be fastened over the flanged (flared) manifold end of my outmoded CWE?

The split exhaust flange consists of two parts that fit over the flanged end of the CWE, and the two halves are bolted together to form an exhaust flange that can be bolted to the manifold.

I have the plans for a machine shop to make one, but first I would like to know if there are any sources that have them in stock (not likely).
