I am trying to locate an exhaust elbow for a 1977 Atomic 4.

Exhaust system components were not really engine parts that were made by Universal for the Atomic 4, but were provided by specific boat manufacturers. If your boat manufacturer is still in business, they may be able to help.

Absent any help from your manufacturer, it would help us to help you if we had a better description of the elbow (water injection?) for which you are looking. In many cases, elbows used for adding engine cooling water to the exhaust system were rather expensive aftermarket devices that are not really necessary. Most of the boat builders in the late seventies (Catalina for
example) used simple inline fittings just before the water lift muffler to introduce engine cooling water.
