If I am reading my guage correctly, my FWC-ed engine maintains a 140 degree temperature when fully warmed up. Should I consider installing a higher temp T-stat?
However, I am not certain about the guage....the lowest # is 100, the highest is 220 and the middle is 180. There is a tick mark about 1/3rd of the way over from 100 towards 180. In between would logically be 140 but this guage does not seem to be linear...otherwise the guage would go from 100 to 180 (middle) and then to 260. Is this an SW guage? There is no markings on the guage. I may consider getting an SW guage and new sender anyway.
Cheers,
Clint
