late model manifold to early model

It seems that the I will be using a late model manifold to replace my early model one unless someone has one I can purchase.

If that is the case what is needed to replace the cross over?

Are there adapted kits available or is this a build as you go project?

I have this arrangement on my engine. Just tap the head for 1/2" NPT and run a loop over the top. Like this.
