I have an engine hour meter (from Moyer) and it worked great till I replaced my starter and selenoid, and I think I have mixed the attachment of the red wire. Does anyone know how the red wire attaches--which screw on the selenoid? (sorry but I dont want to play the guessing game) I know the other two, black is ground and the other one goes to my oil pressure sensor. I cant find my wiring instructions--so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

The hour meter should be on the ignition circuit - coil +. I have not seen an hourmeter with 3 terminals. Perhaps one is for a backlite. It is possible the light is wired separately. If a wire is already on the oil pressure switch, it probably energizes the meter upon starting. The extra wire may just be for the lite.
